This well-established Maine HVAC/R firm has been serving the needs of Central Maine for several decades, and the current owner is ready to sell.
Their revenue mix is:
• 70% service/maintenance and 30% installs
• 50% HVAC and 50% refrigeration
• 90% commercial and 10% residential
The company has historically run with one Admin and 6 Technicians. In 2024, they were down 2 Techs, but with the addition of an experienced hire in January, they’re back up to 5. Another hire is expected in the very short term. All employees are FT and year-round.
Note: this business is priced, and will be sold, based on a 2 year average (2023/2024) of Owner’s Net Cash Flow = $142,516 to account for loss of staff in 2024 and rehiring of senior technicians in 2025.
